The project brings together partners from three countries who share a common goal \u2014 to promote sustainability, inclusion, and active citizenship through education, community engagement, and personal empowerment.<\/p><p><em><b>Roadmap to Sustainable Living<\/b><\/em> aims to empower adults who, for various reasons, have fewer opportunities or limited connections within their communities. The project seeks to make sustainability <i>accessible, practical, and inclusive<\/i> \u2014 transforming environmental awareness into everyday action.<\/p><p>Through this initiative, the partners will co-create:<\/p><ul><li><b>Practical toolkit<\/b> to support individuals, institutions, and municipalities in sustainability education and communication.<\/li><li>A series of <b>interactive workshops<\/b>, designed to strengthen participants\u2019 understanding of environmental issues and develop practical green skills that can be applied in daily life.<\/li><\/ul><p>The project highlights three of the four priorities of the Erasmus+ program:<\/p><p><b>sustainability, inclusion, and active participation in democratic life.<\/b> It will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those facing language barriers, social isolation, or living in rural areas \u2014 helping them connect, contribute, and take action for a sustainable data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Kick-off meeting<\/b> took place in <b>Selfoss, south Iceland<\/b> <b>between 13th and 14th October 2025<\/b>, where representatives from Iceland, Slovenia, and Serbia came together to plan activities and strengthen cooperation.
