From 4th to 12th September<\/strong> young people from different countries (Spain, Turkey, Slovenia, Italy, Portugal, and Greece) gathered at an unforgettable Erasmus+ youth exchange, which took place under the main theme \u201cLiving is an Emergency\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>

Already on the first day, the focus was on getting to know each other<\/strong>. Through ice-breaking activities and presentations<\/strong> participants quickly bonded, learning names and characteristics in a fun and interactive way.<\/p>

Throughout the week, a rich and diverse program<\/strong>unfolded. Workshops, group projects, and discussions all revolved around the main theme of emergency preparedness, solidarity, and mutual help.<\/strong> One of the highlights was the creation of a group video project<\/strong>that addressed how to act in emergency situations and the importance of standing together in times of need.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to hands-on activities, participants attended informative sessions on Erasmus+<\/strong>opportunities and learned about Youthpass<\/strong>, which was officially awarded at the end of the week as recognition of their learning achievements.<\/p>

The exchange also encouraged intercultural dialogue<\/strong>Each evening, a different country presented its culture, traditions, and cuisine. These cultural evenings<\/strong> turned into journeys across Europe, strengthening friendships and fostering deeper intercultural understanding.<\/p>

Exploration was also a big part of the experience. Early in the week, participants visited X\u00e0tivo<\/strong>where they learned about local natural disasters and how the community responds to them. On 8th September<\/strong> they enjoyed a memorable trip to Valencia<\/strong>exploring museums, architecture, traditional food, and vibrant city life.<\/p>

Workshops in the second half of the week focused on workshops, practical skills and simulations<\/strong>teaching participants how to react and stay safe in case of natural disasters or crises. These activities provided valuable knowledge applicable in real-life situations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Accommodation, food, and overall organisation received high praise from participants<\/strong>who appreciated the effort and support of the organisers. Every day was filled with engaging activities, leaving no room for boredom.<\/p>

Beyond skills and knowledge, the exchange offered countless opportunities for personal growth<\/strong> \u2013 from improving English and teamwork abilities to boosting self-confidence and cross-cultural understanding.<\/p>

As one participant concluded:<\/p>
