Ekipa petih mladinskih delavcev Sredi\u0161\u010da zagovorni\u0161tva (ISZ) je sodelovala na intenzivnem usposabljanju v okviru projekta\u00a0PeaceACT oz. Mirovno izobra\u017eevanje v akciji: Ustvarjanje trajnostne prihodnosti<\/i>, kjer so mladinski delavci iz Slovenije, Estonije, Finske in Gruzije skupaj krepili svoje znanje o demokraciji in miru, povezavi med slednjima, ter se izobra\u017eevali na podro\u010dju prakti\u010dnih in zabavnih metod vzgoje o demokraciji in miru.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The event, which took place between 16 and 20 March in \u00c4nkk\u00fcla, Estonia, was co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme and brought together 25 young workers and educators who came together with one common goal \u2013 promoting democratic participation and peace-building in their communities.<\/span><\/p>

Usposabljanje sta vodili strokovnjakinji iz gibanja\u00a0We do democracy<\/i>\u00a0in soustanoviteljici koncepta\u00a0Democracy Fitness<\/i>\u00a0iz Danske. Prva dva dneva sta bila osredoto\u010dena na prakti\u010dne metode za u\u010denje demokrati\u010dne pripravljenosti, ki spodbuja mladinske delavce in pedagoge, da mlade u\u010dijo aktivnega sodelovanja v demokrati\u010dnih procesih.<\/span><\/p>

Udele\u017eenci so spoznavali ve\u0161\u010dine, kot so aktivno poslu\u0161anje, razvijanje mnenj, re\u0161evanje nesoglasij in iskanje skupnih re\u0161itev. \u201cDemokracija ni le sistem, ampak \u017eiva praksa, ki zahteva vsakodnevno sodelovanje in odgovornost,<\/i>\u201d sta poudarili trenerki. Po koncu izobra\u017eevanja so se vsi udele\u017eenci preiskusili v pridobljenem znanju in ve\u0161\u010dinah, kar jim je omogo\u010dilo, da so postali certificirani\u00a0Democracy Fitness<\/i>\u00a0trenerji.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Democracy education was followed by a training on peace education, where participants explored the connection between democracy and peaceful coexistence. All activities were designed to enable youth workers and educators to acquire new methods in working with young people with the aim of promoting an inclusive and peaceful community.<\/span><\/p>

The participants concluded their training by preparing to conduct peace education workshops in their countries. The Slovenian ISZ team will focus on spreading messages about peace and democracy in schools, youth centers, and local communities. ISZ, in cooperation with project partners, will support the implementation of these actions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
